Quit smoking cigarettes

Author: Jamie

Do you genuinely want to quit smoking or do you want to facilitate an individual to quit smoking? “How can you stop smoking?” how can you or anybody else quit this crappy behaviour? Some people just stop smoking, will wake up one day and make a choice they never smoke again. From my own understanding I think nobody enjoys smoking, maybe only the rookies who enjoy this dependency in it’s early phase until they are hooked. Thus a majority of so called smokers only smoke because they are addicted to smoking and not because they appreciate smoking.

I started smoking back in 1985 when I used to work in a pub as a barman. I was influenced by work mates and I got engulfed into it not realising what I was getting myself into. First it was fun it was ego boosting and felt so delightful smoking, it was comforting. After a 2 years I decided, that it was time to quit the habit. I woke up one morning and said to myself todays the day. Two hours later my good intentions were flung out the window. I tried frequently to quit but with no success. I felt awful it was like I had disappointed myself; this went on for days months and years until I understood how difficult it was for me to quit the habit.

This battle between me and quitting the habit went on for twenty five years; I tried every thing from eating specific foods to all sorts of medicine including herbal medicines and many alternative solutions in the attempts of breaking my nicotine grip but nothing worked, until I recently discovered a simple to use device called "Quit4All". At first I thought it was just another strategy , but I was getting desperate and smoking was affecting my life. I decided to buy it, it was only $54 and it has been the best decision ever. This little device uses auricular therapy which I had to wiki but simply a mechanical device to stimulate pressure points. There is no risk of over stimulating. Simply follow the steps explained in the instruction manual and I guarantee you will get instant relief.

When a drug like nicotine enters your blood it reaches and stimulates the hypothalamus gland. That in turn stimulates the release of endorphins into the body – endorphins are also know as the feeling good hormones. Using drugs such as nicotine thus make you feel good for a while, after which you will start to feel “not so good” any more. The addiction now comes from the fact that every time you use drugs the body gets a new shot of endorphins, which make you feel good again – but again that effect starts to wear off and drug abuse becomes a way of life. A person that is addicted to certain foodstuffs experience similar symptoms and thus cannot resist eating such foods.

Our therapy basically re-sets the working of the hypothalamus gland to provoke the release of endorphins the natural way. The existence of endorphins in your body thus frees you from the addictions.
