Author: Joe Stalwart

Do you suffer from gynecomastia (the medical term for man boobs)? Have you ever seen a doctor about your embarrassing condition? I'm sure you have. And I'm pretty sure your doctor tried to get you a prescription for some of the latest pills to treat man boobs. Or maybe they recommended you go through with surgery? Well there is no doubt pills and surgery can work and you can lose your man boobs. But it's not needed. You can lose your man boobs with good old fashioned exercise!

Thousands of man boob sufferers are now realising they don't need pills or surgery. I'm living proof that man boobs can be eliminated just by doing regular exercise and eating the right foods. The most common cause of man boobs is being overweight. So it makes sense to exercise and get on the right diet.

The biggest problem with the whole exercise and diet strategy is actually doing it! You've got to dedicate an hour a day for exercise, at least! If you can't manage that, then you don't want it bad enough. Almost every sufferer stumbles when it comes to exercising, I see it almost every day down my local gym. Exercise doesn't have to be boring. For instance you could play one of your favorite sports for your cardio exercises.

Dieting is probably the easiest part of the whole lose man boobs process. Well, for me it was! You don't really have to eat certain foods. Just avoid fattening foods, and make sure not to go over your daily calorie intake level. And try and eat foods containing a lot of fiber. It'll help digest your meals properly and will turn the fat into energy.
