It’s really as if using your MS word functions in editing text, only that it’s for a web site.

Another tool that was mentioned is the HTML compiler. An HTML compiler is free and downloadable. What it does is compile your web pages and images and make them downloadable. You have to choose properly the compiler you use. It would help if this compiler will allow you to distribute your file. Most free compilers are limited on functions and features. You can also create software programs from compiled HTML.
