Go Survey!

Author: Mr Marketology

I love surveys. It carries with it lots of pluses. We all know that surveys are a good way to know what’s going on in the market, but when coupled with quick and downright dirty Google PPC, these surveys can send in huge traffic from targeted sites regularly.

So I’ve made a list of things to do with these surveys to generate traffic and eventually to rack up sales profits out of them. First off, find keywords and key phrases that have relevance to your survey topic. Choose those that have less campaigns running on them.

Make use of a cheap survey service. Free survey services are tempting but they can limit the number of people joining, and it defeats your purpose of getting as many as possible people to answer your surveys.

The only way you do this is through giving freebies for your survey takers. Then you make your survey downloadable. You can keep track of their email addresses in your opt-in list in that way. It’s not wrong to make your survey viral too. Any white paper or case report can give you great traffic when you conspicuously place your URL on them.

A separate web page may not hurt your budget for people to see your survey. Your interested users will be asked to give their email addresses for sending the link to download the survey and its results afterward. After you listed those keywords and key phrases, you can use them to come up with Google Ads campaigns that advertise your survey. Two things you need to remember, use any of these keywords and inform them of your incentive.

Going back to the marketer’s main goal for his survey initiative, it’s to capture target users’ contact information, all for the lowest price. Now you know why I love surveys. It gives me good traffic and other fringe benefits.
