In this article I'll lay out step-by-step instructions on how to do a full penis enlargement exercise routine that comprises of both jelqing and stretching.
I was able to use a combination of effective penis exercises and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by 0.75" (erect length) in the course of a 6 month period. Warm-up Exercise
Before engaging in the following penis exercises, be certain to perform a warm-up first.
To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the excess water, and cover your penis with it. Hold the towel for 2 minutes. Repeat this procedure for 3 or more times.
By doing so, you're improving the blood circulation in your penis to effectively minimize risks of damaging your penis.
Penis Stretching
By stretching your penis past its maximum erect length by a very small bit each time, the cells in your penile tissue tissue will react to this outside force by dividing. This is what makes the penis bigger.
The following stretching exercise will increase the penis length but will do little for the girth. Below are the instructions:
1)Begin with your penis in the flaccid state. Get a firm grip on your penis' head. Do not grip so firm that you're stopping blood from circulating.
2)Slowly & carefully stretch your penis straight out at a 90 degree angle from your body. Stretch as far as you can without causing any discomfort or pain. Stretch it out for five minutes. At the end of every minute, try to pull your penis out by just a tiny bit more if you can - again, without causing any discomfort and pain.
3)Release your penis and take a one minute break.
4)Whip your penis in circles for at least 30 times to restore blood circulation.
5)Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4, but instead of stretching your penis straight out at 90 degree angle away from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and finally to the right.
6)Lastly, stretch your penis straight out at 90 degrees from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis 10 light tugs in the same direction.
Penis Jelqing
Jelqing is done by forcing blood into your penis so that the blood chambers in the penis will deform permanentlyto increase size of the penis.
Warning: Never ever jelq a penis in its fully erect state. This is how jelqing can be done:
1)Apply a few drops of Vaseline to your penis and spread it all over your penis.
2)Make a ring with your thumb and index finger around your penis' base. Next, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.
3)To break-in your penis at the beginning, perform 200-300 jelqs daily with medium strength in the first week, then 300-500 jelqs a day at medium to full strength during the second week. From the 3rd week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more a day.
If you become erect while you're jelqing, you can either a)wait for it to go away naturally or b)squeeze harder to reduce the erection.
At signs of any pain or discomfort, stop jelqing right away and do not resume jelqing until the signs have gone away.
Warming Down
To finish, repeat the hot towel wrap a second time to get blood circulation going again in your penis.
Word of Caution
Do not overdo the exercises outlined above. Otherwise, you risk permanently damaging your penis.
The routine above will certainly make your penis bigger, but by a little bit at a time. However, these tiny bits will add up to considerable gains in time if you are persistent.
