Ladies, Get what you want from now on

Imagine, you received that most annoying letter in the mail. 'You know, you owe us money.'
Unfortunately this is not the only time you've received a bill for an account you closed out with a zero balance. Do you want to know how to turn the tide in your favor? Speak their language and get what you want?
I know I did when I kept receiving letters from accounts I'd closed out month’s perhaps even years ago; when I first started receiving collections letters.
Guess what I wasn't the only one receiving these letters. Even though I was embarrassed to admit that I was receiving collection letters I'd had enough. I wanted to see if I was the only one who'd had trouble with my old cable company, cell phone carrier, and land line service. I'm glad that I'm not the only one, but I'm not happy that anyone else, especially my friends went through this.
Check out what I discovered to get what I want:
First calm down, no one wants to give you what you want if go in guns blazing. Just imagine you are working and a customer comes in angry, demanding that you do him a favor. Now you could still help them and do a good job, but what would make you want to go above and beyond? I know I don't like to go out of my way for someone when they're angry, rude, loud and scaring my customers.
Contact the original company, explain the situation if it's been too long, you may not have notes on your account that far back, this only helps them.
Take detailed notes.
• Request proof of the bill from your original statement
• Speak to them as a person. They're not your enemy.
• Put yourself in their shoes, you want them to do something for you.
So take time to learn a bit about them. It can only help you. Make small talk, tell them you can imagine what it must be like working with numerous people who are always making requests.
This is very important! Think for a moment, what experiences in your life can you pull from to relate to them? Be genuine and real, they can smell phony a mile away.
Understand why they read people so well.
If you've not worked with customer service or any position where you constantly deal with people so you learn quickly how to relate and talk to people. Summing people up becomes a vital skill of the job. That is if you plan to keep your job.
Tell them you appreciate what they do.
Get them to work with you, make a friend an ally here is what really helps you get what you want.
I ended up getting my bill taken care of and they took the bill off of my credit report.
Guess what this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many astounding psychological phrases, and powerful words which will make someone want to give you what you're asking for.
The most Amazing thing is they are so very simple. We should have all had this as a class in First grade
