With people seeing that anyone can win millions at a poker tournament, poker boomed.

Poker players have become celebrities from all the TV coverage. Thanks to the perfect timing of these events, poker is generating huge amounts of money. There is no end in site.

Hindsight is 20/20 vision. But now, it is easy to see the influence that these three events have had on the massive growth poker has seen. It is the online poker rooms where you see the big money, but even in Las Vegas, the poker rooms are getting a lot more attention these days. It is hard to see when this poker boom will slow down.
