Competence- You should be able to do the job for which you were hired. If you can’t, we will discontinue your services.

Quality- Deliver exactly what you’ve agreed to deliver, when you’ve agreed to deliver. No one should have to correct your work after you’ve finished. If so, this will result in negative quality scores and may effect your continued working relationship with The Marketology Group.
-Work will be verified by management.

Stipulations
The 1st time expectations aren’t met without reason, there will be a warning.

The 2nd time expectations aren’t met without reason is grounds for termination.
