Changing the cabinet and vanity top can help create more space and give the small bathroom

While remodeling my parents home, I found a great little vanity perfect for a small bathroom that actually has the sink bowl overhanging the cabinet in the front. The cabinet is only 12 inches deep and offers more floor area than the typical 18 or 21 inch deep cabinet. As an added bonus you still have space under the sink to keep toiletries.
If storage is not an issue, a pedestal type sink will give the small bathroom an exciting new look and can greatly increase the floor area for a more spacious feel.
