The toilet in Alisha’s bathroom leaked and the clerk advised, “try not to use it.” Shelly, her daughter, and Julie decided they’d rather sleep in the van. They went back to the front desk and requested a refund, got back in the van, and spent the next couple of hours looking for lodging.
