By no means ever let low self esteem destroy your life. Your mental image of yourself will define how you communicate with others.

What are examples of low self-esteem that require radical change?

1. Nothing you undertake appears to come out right.
2. You assume that folks don't think well of you.
3. You believe that you are not pleasing to look at.
4. You choose something and it ends up being the worst selection.
5. You are reluctant to speak with others for fear that your words might be thought of as ridiculous.
6. You feel swallowed up in a whirlpool of confusion.

What's wrong with you? Your own mindset, actually.

Stop believing that everyone is against you. Decide to bring about what you want. Stop blaming other folks for your setbacks. Society is not your problem, you really are your own problem.

From this moment on, begin the procedure of self esteem transformation. Correct your thinking and be resolved to win, and win you will. Just remember that triumph never comes easily and that is why resolve is its counterpart.

Often, one gets to the point of success and with just a little discontent or setback, they give up too easily and too soon. That's a guaranteed recipe for low self esteem. Who knows what fabulous things might have been achieved if only they had tried one more time?

Without high self esteem, your life could be very mundane. Shift your thinking and start seeing yourself on top of the world. Make a special effort to be what you really intend to be.

You have to seriously decide either to linger in a miserable state of low self esteem, or acquire high self esteem with first-rate character and self image.

The basis of low self esteem.

Very low self esteem could get started way back in the early years when kids are made to think that they are not worthwhile. Their self-worth is reduced and they give in to the idea that they can never experience success in anything that they do. They were picked on, poked fun at, pushed around, called embarrassing names, and treated with ridicule. No wonder they grew up to be full of bitterness.

If that was your background, it's now time you cut yourself loose from that mentality and do some self esteem recovery. Start reading about the lives of highly successful people and you will soon understand that a lot of them had such low self esteem that they couldn't even complete the most basic education.

Many of them determined to override their low self esteem and improve their outlook, whatever it took. They became some of the most effective people that ever lived.

Low self esteem has never been very useful for anyone else and it sure will not help you. It can only push you into unhappiness, anger, bitterness, worry and all the other problems that it yields.

Hence, re-program your thinking and discipline your state of mind. You must truly believe in your self-worth or you will continue being at the bottom and never make an attempt to climb it.

Don't squander your life away with feelings of incompetency. Instead, think of ways to go about improving your self esteem.
