Life is not always a bed of roses. Quite often when things begin going badly, I look around and see other people who's lives seem to be proceeding just perfectly. How are they achieving that?. Are they dealing with things in a different manner? Maybe they know something that I don't know.
So, how do we achieve complete happiness?
Step one is to completely love yourself. Loving yourself means to recognize that you aren't flawless, but you must have great willpower to be able to find ways to start improving yourself within and be able to start to transform.
Genuine happiness also pertains to comfort. When you are happy with your family and friends, about the work you do, how you look and feel, where you reside, the things you now have – truly, you have already answered the question “how can you be absolutely happy?.”
I really imagine that life is about struggling and failing, winning and losing. These are an inherent part of life and must be used as a component of our natural learning process. Disappointment, in anyone's life, is as basic as air and is no reason to stop us from being happy.
How then can you be absolutely happy in spite of it all? In reality… every time you put time and effort into increasing the quality of your lifestyle, whether it's guiding someone, taking your dog for a hike, working on your home business, or reading a success book, life gives you an equivalent push.
Real happiness isn’t always about being the most elegant one of the group, driving the best car, getting the top prize, or getting that pay raise. Sometimes, the biggest benefits in life don’t always go to the biggest, the most suitable, the strongest and maybe not even the ideal person.
So, how do we become extremely happy? Every one has his own explanation. Happiness for a writer may mean composing a best-selling book. Happiness for a fighter may be a knock-out punch. Happiness for a homeless person may mean a roof over his head. Happiness for a small business man may mean beating a competitor.
So, really now, what is true happiness? Simple. You don’t need all the most desirable things in life. Its all about making the best out of every single matter. When you find yourself laughing at your goofs and preparing to do even better next time, you are lighting up within yourself the incredible power to stick it out and that will stay with you throughout life. You will find yourself ready to try again and again – that will surely make you a very happy person.
When you can definitely accept yourself and your own failings, you've already commenced the quest to becoming genuinely happy. For as long as you know how to cherish and welcome others, you will also be appreciated and embraced ten-fold.
And so - "How can we end up being completely happy?" I assume that if we can keep a sense of humor about our well-being and our life and not get too serious about things, then we can lighten up and enjoy life - even our missteps and out failures. Most of us don’t realize that the very best use of laughter is laughing at ourselves.
As a result you're not just completely happy and joyful … you are making others happy as well and most likely, you're also serving to MAKE THIS WIDE WORLD A BETTER PLACE!
