You mustn't let low self esteem wreck your life. Your personal self-image influences how you communicate with others.

What are examples of low esteem thought processes that you need to better?

1. Nothing you do seems to work out.
2. You think that folks do not like you.
3. You believe that you are not pleasing.
4. You decide on something and it turns out to be the most horrible one.
5. You are afraid to talk with others for fear that what you say might be the wrong thing.
6. You feel swallowed up in a whirlpool of stress and frustration.

What’s wrong with you? Your feelings, actually.

Stop assuming that the world is out to get you. Determine to achieve what you desire. Stop blaming other individuals for your misfortunes. The world is not your problem, you alone are your problem.

From this instant on, begin the process of self esteem change for the better. Think the right way and be determined to win, and win you will. Just bear in mind that triumph never comes easily and that is why resolve is its counterpart.

Regularly, one gets to the edge of success and with just a little disappointment or setback, they yield to despair too easily and too soon. That's a guaranteed recipe for low self esteem. Who knows what great things might have been realized if only they had kept on going?

Without high self esteem, your life could be rather dreary. Adjust your thinking and start imagining yourself on top of the world. Make a definite effort to be what you really intend to be.

You have to very seriously make a decision either to remain in a pitiful state of low self esteem, or develop high self esteem with outstanding character and self image.

The cause of low self esteem.

Low self esteem could begin way back in early life when young children are made to believe that they are not worthwhile. Their self-worth is worn away and they succumb to the idea that they can never accomplish success in anything that they do. They were singled out, laughed at, pushed around, called nasty names, and treated with derision. No wonder they grew up to be full of unhappiness.

If that was your practical experience, it is time you cut yourself loose from that way of thinking and do some self esteem enrichment. Start reading about the lives of extraordinary people and you will soon learn that many of them had such low self esteem that they could not even finish the most basic education.

Many chose to overcome their low self esteem and improve their outlook, whatever it took. They became some of the most important people that ever lived.

Low self esteem has never inspired anyone else and it sure will not help you. It can only drive you into depression, frustration, bitterness, panic and all the other evils that it generates.

Re-program your thoughts and manage your state of mind. You must believe in your own value or you will remain at the foot of the ladder and never make an effort to climb up.

Don't waste your life away with feelings of inadequacy. Instead, think of ways to go about heightening your self esteem.

Accomplishment is yours, just reach out and grasp it.
