Anxiety and depression could look like opposites, yet More than half of the women identified with depression also have anxiety and some panic disorder. we have seen many television shows devoted to panic attacks and anxiety including Oprah. Many female celebrities reportedly have had some experience with anxiety attacks:
Supermodel, Beverly Johnson
Entertainer, Barbara Streisand
Singer, Marie Osmond
Singer, Alanis Morisette
Singer, Aretha Franklin
Actress, Nicole Kidman
Entertainer, Whoopi Goldberg
Jointly, depression and anxiety might be especially exhausting to live with, hard to diagnose, and demanding to treat.
Anxiety attacks tend to hit women more. Truth be told two times as much as men, but it can be harder for a man to confess the reality of their condition.
Society tends to treat this as a weakness in a man. The inclination is to think it ought to be easier for a man to 'move on'. It's somewhat like crying. It's acceptable if a woman cries, but REAL men don't cry.

The simple choice is to go to a doctor for care. However, many women (including my wife) have tried and WON swift relief with other alternative therapies available to treat panic attacks successfully. The road to wellness may not be easy, but it's certainly worth the freedom from anxiety it brings.
When women are within the grip of stress and anxiety, it can feel like the distress will never end, that you’ll never recover. Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear. The source of this discomposure is not always recognized. Yet people do recover.
People diagnosed tend to have:
Worse symptoms
More enfeeblement in their day-to-day lives
More trouble finding the right anxiety treatment
An elevated risk of suicide

Independent of whether you are a single female, working mother, married with children, anxiety interferes with normal life. Anxiety is considered atypical when it is very time consuming or intense, it happens in the absence of a stressful disturbance, or it is interfering with everyday activities such as going to work.
Identifiers of excessive anxiety include:
Elevated heartbeat or palpitation
Sleepless nights
Irritability
Being unable to concentralize
Feeling unreal which is often called depersonalization.
Many people who suffer from anxiety disorder occupy their minds with substantial worry about anything from health matters to job problems to world issues.
Because anxiety comes and goes, people tend to overreact when it appears, only to avoid it when it isn't present. The acute anxiety attack is the moment when sufferers need the most immediate help.
