My son is two years old and loves to play on the Wii, sadly for him, most of the games are just slightly too difficult for him to play with any great success. When UbiSoft asked if I would be considering reviewing a brand new Thomas The Tank Engine and Friends Game titled "Hero of the Rails" I knew that my Thomas mad son would adore the game.

Everybody, particularly children are properly conscious of the cartoon 'Thomas and Friends'. This cartoon is based on the fictional steam locomotive engine 'Thomas the tank engine' book written by Rev. W. Awdry and his son Christopher. This character became most preferred and initial appeared inside the second book within the series of 'Thomas and Friends' and named as 'Thomas the tank engine'. Totally the series consist of 20 books.

The first series was broadcast in 1984 on Children's ITV in United Kingdom. The rail engines had been animated photos with all of the humans as static along with the engines speaking among themselves.

My Son, six year old daughter and I played the other games taking turns as they are all 1 player games and I was thinking that this could not be a great game because it was rather boring and did not seem to be as wonderful as I was expecting for a thing connected with Thomas the Tank Engine brand.

The episodes are pictured as some of the trains are in mishap and Thomas rendering a helping hand to those. Occasionally Thomas like to tease other engines. He is impatient often and forgetful. But he is definitely optimistic and very ideal. He is shown as he learns by experience. Always thinks that anything might be completed by him and face new challenges with courage and wisdom. Unknowingly he wanted to serve as passengers and freight engine and proves to be the best.

After performing all the games, we made the decision to listen towards the story. I was sitting on the floor when suddenly I realised that the story needs input to be able to progress. All the games that we had just been playing within the Games Section are within the story! This place a brand new spin on things and even my daughter (who says that she does not like Thomas the Tank Engine) was enjoying helping Thomas and pals assist save a long forgotten steam engine referred to as Hiro (Yes like in Heroes) get fixed up all whilst keeping it secret from Spencer.
